CANVASSER JOBS IN GREENSBORO – $20-26/HR!

All on the Field is hiring canvassers in Greensboro and across Guilford County. Get paid to talk with voters about the candidates and issues on their ballot. You'll work outdoors with a team and get real campaign experience.

• $20-26 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time or part-time
• Shifts are mostly afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Training provided
• Position runs through November 2026

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Knock doors and talk with residents about candidates and ballot measures
• Have real conversations that build awareness in the community
• Deliver campaign messages and collect survey responses
• Log your conversations in MiniVAN, a simple phone app
• Help with Get Out The Vote: share polling locations and voting reminders
• Take part in staff training

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You're comfortable talking with all kinds of people
• You're self-motivated and show up when you say you will
• You're comfortable using a smartphone and apps
• You can walk for at least 4 hours per shift and stand outdoors for long periods
• You can occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
• You have reliable transportation to the staging location
• You have a working phone
