We’re a growing real estate services company looking for a reliable, skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our network of contractors. We work across multiple properties and are looking for people who take pride in their work, show up when they say they will, and can get the job done right.
If you like variety, working independently, and having opportunities for steady gig work, this could be a great fit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Furniture assembly
TV mounting
Smart lock installation
Security camera installation
General apartment maintenance
Repairs and troubleshooting
Responding to maintenance emergencies
Complete jobs across multiple properties
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or property-services experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation
Reliable smartphone
Able to work independently and communicate professionally
Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work
Comfortable working at different properties throughout the area

Small Job — $60
