• Just over a mile from Guilford College
• Quiet, friendly part of town with a huge community lake
• ~5 minutes to Walmart on Wendover
• ~5 minutes to I-40 East or West (great for easy commute)
• ~10 minutes to the Friendly Center (Apple store, movie theaters, restaurants)
• ~15 minutes straight shot down Friendly Ave. to downtown Greensboro
What I expect is first months rent, and a deposit equaling the first months rent. You will need $1100 to move in. If you dont break our month to month lease agreement, you will get your deposit back when you vacate. You need to have a clean background.
More than likely you will need to have a job and be able to provide pay stubs...2 months. If you receive social security, retirement, etc, this will be the exception.
