These panels feature a modern 7/16" PET80 foam core wrapped in a heavy-duty skin: 3 layers of 26 oz. woven roving on each side plus a fiberglass veil.
These are incredibly tough, lightweight-for-strength composite sheets engineered to outperform traditional 3/4" marine plywood at a close to the weight, yet fully finished, will not absorb water and will never rot! This is the exact high-strength composite technology trusted in high-end luxury yachts, aircraft, and wind turbine blades.
These custom panels come ready to fabricate, prefinished with a fully weatherproof 15 mil white marine-grade Gel Coat on one side, and a 15 mil green marine-grade Gel Coat on the other.
