Bicycle stroller - $40 (Spokane Valley)

This is an older bicycle stroller in great condition except for maybe the tires. They are flat and may need new tubes. Can also be used as a push stroller. Can be enclosed or opened. I hauled my two kids in it until they were about five years old or so. That was about 13 years ago so this has been hanging in the garage for a while. Still in very good condition though as we never did use it that much.
Asking $40 or best offer
