👉🏻 Roof needs a fresh application of caulk/sealer.
👉🏻 Crack in ceiling/wall in the right bedroom corner is a known internal issue, see photos. Water leak during a camping trip swelled the paneling, as it swelled the two wall panels separated. Repair would be replacement of the paneling.
Utilities: Haven’t checked the water system as in the pump or water heater. Both systems worked when last used but haven't been tested recently. Fresh water tank likely needs to be flushed out as well.
