Looking for a high-upside side hustle or an uncapped full-time income? We handle all the logistics, scheduling, project management, and clerical work. Your only job is to connect with homeowners, help them get approved for financing, and close the deal.
While our business handles full-home transformations—including exterior decking and full remodeling services—our immediate, core focus for this sales role is driving volume on roofing and gutter installations.
Pay Structure:
We pay a highly competitive, tiered percentage of the total contract value. As your monthly volume grows, your percentage bumps up retroactively for that month.
On a standard $10,000 exterior project, the commission breaks down as:
• Tier 1 (1–2 jobs/mo): 10% Commission ➔ $1,000 per job
• Tier 2 (3–5 jobs/mo): 13% Commission ➔ $1,300 per job
• Tier 3 (6+ jobs/mo): 16% Commission ➔ $1,600 per job
(Note: Higher-ticket decking or full-home projects will yield significantly larger payouts based on these exact same percentage tiers!)
The Perks:
• Total Autonomy: Set your own schedule. We will suggest high-opportunity neighborhoods to target, but when, where, and how much you work is entirely up to you.
• Clean Handoff: Once the contract is signed and financing is approved, you drop the details into our system and move on. Our administrative team handles the rest.
• Massive Upsell Potential: Because we offer full-home services, you can easily stack gutters onto a roof sale to drive up your total contract size and maximize your percentage.
New roofs and gutters can scale all the way into the $30,000 - $40,000 range so high upside is very possible. Especially considering the average roof lifespan is 20-30 years, the sales are there!
Additionally, Pace offers financing at 0% down and a fair contract cool down period. After time spent with us, we will upgrade your sales to full home remodeling, additions, decking, and more, for more opportunities to sell.
