We have a large (1100 sq ft) townhouse in Ashwaubenon available at 1400 Ridgecrest Trail. First one available in over 2 years. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs along with the main bathroom. On the main level is kitchen, living room, dining room, 1/2 bath with washer/dryer, closets, etc. Also attached on the main level is 1 stall garage. You have your own private entrance, and your own address. There is a private patio in back as well. This location is in a very quiet residential neighborhood in Park Place and is well maintained by local owners.

We are just finishing a complete remodel which included new cabinets, fixtures, paint, flooring, etc. Pretty much everything. It is basically brand new. It will be available November 1 or after.

Tenant pays all utilities averaging about $145.00 per month.

We are very responsive, local landlords. This is a very nice, clean and quiet place to live. You won't be disappointed. We screen our tenants carefully so you can be sure your neighbors are as well qualified as you. We are looking for good credit scores, employment and rental history. This is perfect for professionals or mature individuals.
