I am: 52yo, retired - airline flight ops & fleet management - safety oriented, high integrity, above board behaviors. Clean and tidy, can assist keeping home that way if it suits. Have no pets, do not smoke. Flight simulation and editing are my core interests.
Chesterfield is my central target area but willing to consider all suburbs including Wentzville, Wildwood, Eureka, and all points in between - prefer not to go inside the I-270 loop unless the deal is too good to pass up.
