VG Condition w OHSC. Smoke Free. The Martin D12-28 is a 12-string dreadnought acoustic guitar traditional for its solid Sitka spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides, typically featuring a 24.9-inch scale length and a 1-7/8" nut width.

Guitar has some slight finish wear on bottom and along center back binding in the lower part. Very had to tell but looks to be lacquer and maybe slight wood crack but not positive. Priced accordingly and pics show the area I am speaking about.
