We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated **Working Lead Installer** to join our team!
The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, has strong leadership skills, installation projects from start to finish.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Lead and work alongside an installation crew
- Install artificial turf, pavers, and natural stone
- Perform grading, leveling, and base preparation
- Read layouts, measure, and plan installations
- Maintain quality workmanship and job\-site safety
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily tasks
- Keep projects organized and on schedule
**Qualifications:**
- Experience with turf, paver, and stone installations
- Ability to lead and motivate a crew
- Knowledge of proper installation techniques
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
