Experienced Flipper is looking for crew to handle most of flip. From trash out, demo, floors, base, case, cabinet install, doors, etc. I hire subs for things like HVAC etc. We do volume and pay onetime for good quality work. We pay wholesale prices. Please pass if you're coming with contractor prices.

You will have a clear scope of work and timeline. you will have materials there when you need them and will be paid on time. My crews usually finish houses in 30-45 days.
