HELP WANTED – Journeyman Carpenter / Apprentice Carpenter / Construction Laborer
Freschi Construction Inc. is seeking dependable and motivated Journeyman Carpenters, Apprentice Carpenters, and Construction Laborers to join our growing team. We are a family-owned construction company serving Nevada County and surrounding areas since 1986.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Residential remodeling and construction projects
• Framing, finish carpentry, and general carpentry work
• Demolition and job site preparation
• Material handling and job site organization
• Assisting with all phases of construction as needed
Preferred Additional Skills:
• Remodeling experience
• Drywall installation and repair
• Painting and finishing work
• General construction knowledge
Qualifications:
• Journeyman carpenters: proven carpentry experience required
• Apprentice carpenters and laborers: construction experience preferred but willing to train motivated individuals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
