Cadence is a DFW ride service built on scheduled, recurring rides. Our riders book the same trips every week: to work and back home, early shifts, late shifts. You know your rides ahead of time. No surge guessing, no sitting in parking lots, no random strangers at 2am.
We serve everyday people who need one thing: a driver who actually shows up. If you take pride in being on time, every time, we want to talk to you.
What you get:
Pre-booked, recurring riders, so you can plan your week and your income
Pay of $35–$42 per scheduled ride, plus tips
You keep driving for Uber or Lyft if you want. Cadence is extra, steady income.

Founding Driver Program
Our first drivers are building this with us. Founding Drivers who stay with Cadence long-term will be first in line for our future partnership and profit-sharing program, with terms to be shared in writing. You won’t just drive for Cadence. You’ll help build it.
What we’re looking for:
21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
A clean driving record that passes a background check
A clean, comfortable 4-door vehicle, 2018 or newer
Reliability above everything. If you say 6:55, you’re there at 6:50.
Friendly and professional, but you don’t have to be chatty
