What You'll Do:
● Load and unload trailers using a sit-down or stand-up forklift
● Move freight quickly and safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
● Inspect the forklift before use and report any issues
● Stage and organize freight for outbound loads
● Keep the work area clean and safe
● Work as part of a team to keep trailers moving in and out on schedule
● During slower periods, help keep things clean — sweeping out trailers, cleaning the warehouse and common areas (driver's lounge, restrooms), and washing down equipment like the forklifts
What You Bring:
● Forklift experience preferred; forklift certification a plus (or willing to train and certify)
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
● Reliable, shows up on time, works well with a team
● Able to lift, stand, and move throughout a full shift
● English and Russian bilingual is a plus, but not required

Pay:
● $19 to start + $1 after 90 days
● Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week at time and a half
● 40-55 hours per week
