We are seeking an Electronic Repair Technician for a hands-on electronics repair position. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and calibrating electronic equipment at the component level.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment to the component level
Perform fine-pitch SMT soldering and desoldering
Diagnose electronic failures and replace defective components
Use oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment
Read and interpret electronic schematics
Set up, calibrate, and test repaired equipment
Verify completed repairs meet required specifications
Document repairs and testing performed
Maintain an organized repair workstation and equipment
Qualifications
Technical diploma/certificate in electronics or 1–2 years of relevant electronics repair experience
Experience troubleshooting electronic circuits and components
Strong soldering and desoldering skills, including SMT components
Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in an electronics repair environment
This is an electronics bench-repair position and is best suited for candidates with hands-on electronic troubleshooting and component-level repair experience.
