Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (local travel to commercial jobsites required)
Type: Full-Time, permanent — steady, consistent work
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hr (DOE)
Room to grow into Lead AV Technician and supervisory roles
-- What You'll Be Doing
Install and service commercial audio-visual systems
Mount flat panel displays, brackets, and projection systems
Install loudspeakers, paging systems, and AV racks
Install and terminate AV connectors and cabling (soldering when required)
Work with control systems: AMX, Crestron, Extron
Upload control code and make onsite programming adjustments
Configure teleconferencing systems (Polycom, Tandberg)
Work with pro AV gear: ClearOne, QSC, Biamp
Read and interpret blueprints and system drawings
Lead small crews of 3–6 techs when needed
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safety-focused
-- What You Need
2+ years of professional AV install and service experience
Experience with commercial AV systems and integrations
Working knowledge of AV connectors and terminations
Experience mounting displays, speakers, and related hardware
Familiarity with AV control systems (AMX, Crestron, Extron)
Able to work independently and on a team
Willing to work days, nights, and weekends as required
Comfortable in tight/confined spaces, lifting heavy equipment, and climbing ladders
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to DFW jobsites
Must pass a drug screen and background check

Crestron certification
DMC certification
Other relevant AV manufacturer certifications
