This is a small community of RV spaces where drama, drugs, loud music and messiness/tarps, etc. is not tolerated. NO exceptions.
Prefer RV models 2015 or newer but will consider older models that are in very good condition to maintain a pleasant place for all to live. Room for one vehicle in good condition in your space. Outside inspection of RV and vehicle by manager to be done prior to moving in. RV must be owned by you and titled in your name. Proof required.
Within your space, barbeques, picnic type table, lawn chairs and bicycles allowed. No storage of belongings outside RV allowed.
