I removed this from the ground about 6-7 years ago. I processed painstakingly about 3 years ago with a rail system I made to support a router and expended router bits to get it to the point it is now. Previously weighed well over 300 pounds, with wood taken down and moisture gone, it probably weighs 200 or more pounds now. This piece shrunk a little more since I processed it but should be complete now. I have a bag of shavings from this same price for gluing to fill in the cracks - as a wood worker and wood finisher, this is straight-forward and is no special skill involved. This would require a wood mill to finish passing over both sides and then could easily make 3 slabs, maybe 4 if you want thin ones.
The bottom side I think would make a great wall mount for a clock. The top side has 5 large circles and actually 2-4 more smaller ones if look hard enough as there were several tree trunks coming off of this. What I really wanted was the top made into a couple of living room tables but I don't have a vehicle nor help to manage to get this to a wood mill, so to the right person here's your big jump start.
