Dear community this gentleman came by my home and picked up my niece from my home he is 45 years old picking up a 18 year old girl with him he lives in the Grants-pass community and won’t let me come pick my niece up Nore will he allow her too come home so if you see this man beware his name is Jesse Madison he runs a construction company here in grant-pass Oregon every time I call too ask too speak with my niece he tells me you wanna talk in person In other words he is trying too harm someone also known is aka Jesse hawks
