Houses an Empava 71 Inch Jetted Whirlpool Tub for two, dual headrests, ETL Certified
Contains two electrical circuits; exterior with one GFCI for the water heater and tub motor, interior with four interrupts, (1) GFCI, (2) special outlet with USB standard, (3) switch for exhaust fan, (4) exhaust fan.
Fan is installed in tall wall roughly 80 inches from floor
Not yet installed; multicolor LED strip lights that will plug into the special outlet and are controlled by a remote unit. The lights will be hidden from direct view by the interior trim.
Has Masonite exterior outswing door, solid, 32x80 inches
No windows or skylights, there are vents in the floor and an exhaust fan
Flooring has yet to be purchased or even picked out, we wanted to go with a lighter color wood finish snap lock, or something comparable.
Building is primed but not painted
The main thingstill to be determined is what style of water heater to use. A propane on demand unit seems to be the most economical and efficient, but there are electric on demand units available that may be superior IF the necessary power can be provided.
