The trailer is located in front of our main family home, so we’re looking for a quiet and respectful tenant who values a harmonious living environment. Renters will be responsible for monthly rent, a security deposit, their portion of the electric bill, and their own propane costs. Habitual tobacco smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis.
