This is a unique work of craftsmanship. I purchased it in 2006, twenty years ago. Several reverse image searches, using different search engines, did not produce any identical or even closely similar. Failing this, two key elements of the piece were then independently focused on, the trim under the top, and the panels on the doors. The trim search produced different furniture, but none a Buffet or Sideboard, nor even the bottom section of a Hutch. The door panels search produced a very few production kitchen cabinet doors, but none furniture. The only search which did produce similar door panels resulted in custom cabinet doors. It appears this particular Buffet was a limited Amish manufacture, likely because of the extra cost in time, effort, and materials, notably as can be seen on Amish furniture distributor websites the designs are now predominately plain compared to past times.

Full Disclosure: As can be seen in the first photo, at the bottom, on the left side, is some discoloration. I don't know from where this came. There are also a few blemishes (nicks and scratches) common from time and use. But otherwise, for twenty years old, it is in nice condition, and it is very high quality manufacture.
