There are 2 spaces open for an RV to park at my farm. Ideally, someone with experience in ranching, farming, or trades. Income verification needed. We own cats, dogs, goats, sheep, chickens, and ducks. I have around 3.5 acres of land.
The amount for the deposit is $600. The rent is $600 and must be paid by the 5th. Adding water and electricity will cost an extra $100 monthly. Bills for utilities must be paid by the 15th day of the month. A bi-weekly rental option is also available: $450 every two weeks with utilities included.
