Sprinkler & Cooler Winterizing (Grand Junction)

Winter's on its way and your sprinklers need blown out and your cooler needs drained before freezing temperatures arrive, and that'll happen before you know it! Junction Home Services will already be at your neighbor's between the 19th - 8th, so you might as well have JHS take care of your sprinklers and/or cooler as well!
Let's schedule a time at your convenience, however you prefer - via text or a call, Facebook message, or email, and you can also go to GJSprinklers.com to view the schedule and pick your time! (it's not updated daily, but it's roughly accurate)
For usually $75 or less, you can have your sprinklers blown out or cooler winterized, or for $125 total you can get both done at once! You can get discounts for scheduling with your neighbors, for multiple properties, and for seniors and vets.
In many cases you don't need to meet at the address unless you wanted, or unless you'd like your cooler winterized as well and the water connection is inside, and it'll usually be finished in as little as 15-30 minutes or in an hour usually at most.
You can pay with nearly any method you'd like including card, cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash app, an invoice link, gold, silver, or even maybe with some special rocks from prominent Colorado mines.

After more than a few years of blowing out thousands of sprinklers we've learned that as your sprinkler system may have been installed by someone who forgot glue, or 25+ years ago, and may be brittle or already cracked to some extent, and despite JHS's best attempts, some damage will likely be caused to one or two of the hundreds done yearly. Minor damage will be fixed (in most cases) immediately and for free, and any major damage in the spring at a discount. However, despite deepest sympathies, JHS assumes no liability for damage and can't guarantee your system will tolerate 100+gpm of air at 70+psi. Junction Home Services is insured, but it's doubted whether insurance would cover damage done while pressurized air was applied to your sprinklers. However, JHS can guarantee and promise, with a 99.99% chance of success, that we'll do our best, and with fairness, do everything we can to seek your satisfaction! And, especially, we can guarantee a much more likely chance of satisfaction come next spring after hiring us with a big compressor than trying to do it yourself with the one you bought from Home Depot! Not getting out as much water as you otherwise could is a recipe for a very expensive lesson to never forget blowing them out with a big compressor again, and even when they may work, small compressors take hours!
