Fully operational. The float valve was replaced last year.
This unit has been operated under the house eve, on the ground. For years it was enclosed within a house addition, and not operated.
Please note that the media filters are not OEM sized (see last pic,where the black top tray/hood is lifted and tilted back). As a result 2 Styrofoam vertical strips between the filters and 2 wood strips on top of the filters were used to fill gaps.
Parts are still available for this unit if desired.
