We're looking for a friendly, responsible roommate who would be a great fit for our current household! The home is currently shared by a female CMU student and myself, and we'd love to find someone with a similar lifestyle, whether you're a student, working professional, or someone who enjoys a relaxed, respectful, and social living environment. Open to female or male.
It’s honestly an ideal roommate setup — there are technically only two full-time roommates (You and Roomie) living in the 3 bedroom house. I work in Denver and am usually only in Grand Junction about once a month.
• $700/month + utilities
• $800 deposit | 1-year lease
• Private, unfurnished bedroom

• Walking distance to Graff Dairy + Safeway
Roommate Situation: The home will be shared by a friendly, outgoing female college student at CMU and myself. I currently live and work in Denver, so I'm not at the house full-time. I typically return to Grand Junction about once a month for work, or occasionally when my company needs me in town. During those visits, I stay at the house and bring my two small Yorkies, so being comfortable around dogs is a must!
Because I’m not there every day, I’m especially looking for someone who will treat the home like it’s their own—someone who takes pride in where they live, keeps shared spaces clean, respects the home and belongings, communicates when something comes up, and helps take care of the little things without needing to be asked.
