Purchased from Parris RV in Utah (Lance dealer), in April 2026, for a big trip cross country and into the eastern Provinces of Canada. It worked flawlessly the whole trip. We used the heat,
a/c, water heater and all systems daily, with no issues.
The outside kitchen and inside microwave have never been used!
We were told that Parris RV took it in on trade for a larger/newer Lance.

This is our second Lance travel trailer, and we’ve found them to be of great quality, and very comfortable and reliable.

Known issues:
• Small cut in the floor near the dinette, about 1" long. It is glued and structurally fine, and has not changed in our use with it. Seems like something was dropped on it. (can email pic)
• Front window has been sealed shut with vinyl tape. These are common leak concerns, so was sealed with weather-proofing tape. It’s always covered with the big custom cover anyway. (can email pic) Tape can be removed if you want to open the window in the future.
• A couple of the LEDs in the large awning’s rope light are not working (been this way as long as we’ve owned it - see pics)
• Top sticker of Lippert Smart Jack is cracked (see pics) This is evidently quite common as there are many threads about it in the blogs. Lippert does not sell replacement stickers. The jack works 100% and is now covered with a custom vinyl cover.
This is a very solid, well cared for, and reliable camper with tons of life ahead of it.
Price is fair, and firm, as it is already priced to sell! The local dealer just sold one for $50,000 without jack or window covers, without the Honda generator, and without new roof waterproofing.
