We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team assisting with large-scale heat shrink wrapping projects at a facility in Goodyear, Arizona.
Job Responsibilities
This position involves working as part of a crew to professionally wrap and protect large equipment and units using industrial heat shrink material.
Duties may include:
• Applying and securing industrial heat shrink material around large equipment and units
• Using heat equipment to properly shrink and tighten the material
• Assisting with measuring, cutting, positioning, and fastening shrink wrap
• Working from ladders or elevated work areas when required
• Moving materials, tools, and equipment around the work area
• Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite
• Following company and customer safety procedures at all times
• Working closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
Experience & Training
Previous heat shrink experience is a plus but is not required. Training will be provided.
We are looking for individuals who:
• Are dependable and show up on time
• Are comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
• Can work safely around heat tools and equipment
• Are able to stand, bend, lift, reach, and work on their feet for extended periods
• Can work effectively as part of a team
• Are willing to learn proper industrial heat shrink techniques
• Can follow instructions and safety procedures
Schedule
Shifts may range from 8–12 hours per day, depending on project requirements and workload.
Applicants should be prepared for longer workdays when necessary.
Location & Transportation
Work is currently available at a customer facility in Goodyear, AZ.
Transportation to the jobsite may be available for employees who need it.
