Selling our 12-foot Artificial Christmas tree equipped with lights. Ornaments NOT included. Comes in 3 pieces (two original boxes). As with all trees this size, it's a pain to put up (takes two people and a tall ladder to decorate). Nonetheless, a magnificent tree. I would give it another 4-6 seasons of good life before retirement. Great for grand entryways with tall ceilings. Asking $300 OBO. Must pick up.
