Position Overview
As a Courtesy Patrol Officer, you will:
Conduct mobile patrols across multiple residential properties
Operate a marked company vehicle
Observe and report:
Lighting deficiencies
Parking violations
Property rule violations
Maintain a visible presence to enhance safety and deter criminal activity
Complete detailed patrol reports
✔ 10-hour shifts = fewer workdays (3–4 days off per week)

📋 Minimum Requirements
Valid Tennessee Armed Security Officer License
Valid driver’s license
