3J is looking for an experienced roofing salesman. We have many leads and need help following up on them. Pay is based on experience. Pay will be a percentage of net profit from contracted job. Must be able to understand insurance policies and loss statements to build accurate estimates. Or, build accurate estimates for cash customers. Excellence in communication is paramount. Must have own transportation, willing to travel, and be able to visit potential customers promptly.
