*Looking for Room Rental in New Westminster - Near SkyTrain*
Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent in New Westminster, ideally close to a SkyTrain station (22nd Street, New West, Columbia, or Sapperton).
*About me:* Quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible. I work full-time, non-smoker, no pets, no partying. I keep my space tidy and pay rent on time every month.
Most weekends I will be away if I am not working.
*What I'm looking for:*
- Within walking distance to SkyTrain
- Private / own bathroom (required)
- Parking included (required - I have a car)
- Long-term stay
*Budget:* Negotiable depending on what's included (utilities, furnishing, etc.) - happy to discuss a fair price for the right place.
Can provide references and proof of employment/income. Flexible on move-in date.
Please DM me with details and photos if you have something available.
