It comes brand new in a box. I just looked at it. Thes panniers are not easy-remove style. I think the panniers are held with panniers. It comes with its mounting bracket. Should fit most motorcycles.
I think this is a Chinese no-name panniers. they are probably under 30 liters or less each.
