Santa Barbara Airbus is hiring experienced, licensed Motorcoach Drivers for full-time positions. If you already hold a Class A or B CDL with passenger (P) endorsement and are looking for steady, full-time work with a company that's been a trusted name in Central Coast transportation for over 40 years, we want to hear from you.
This role offers variety — from our daily LAX shuttle service to private charters and school group trips — so no two days look the same.
What You'll Do:
Operate motorcoaches safely on LAX shuttle routes, private charters, and school group trips
Provide excellent customer service to passengers throughout the trip
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or issues
Maintain a clean and professional vehicle at all times
Assist passengers with luggage and boarding as needed
What We're Looking For:
Active CDL with passenger (P) endorsement — required
Must pass a background check and drug screen
For school charters: ability to obtain SPAB (School Pupil Activity Bus) certification
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Flexible schedule availability (early mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required)
