Clean title in hand. The transmission most likely will need to be replaced. We just picked it up for our business within the year, had the transmission fluid serviced and within a few hundred miles it has acted up. We have not had a formal diagnostic done to it, so for all I know it's something simple, but my guess is that it will need a rebuild. When it's cold it will shift into drive and reverse no problem, but when it heats up it will not drive and a service transmission light comes on.
The good: it has had a lot of work done to it recently. It's been through completely by my mechanic, as we intended to add it to our business fleet. New motor mounts all around, new struts front and back. Brakes and tires are good front and back. New battery. All fluids were changed out within a few hundred miles. It's set up in the back with new shelving (see pictures).
We just purchased this year for $6000 then put several thousand into it. It's a really great service van for a mechanic to fix up and make some money or to add to your own fleet.
