The studio is located in the walk-in basement of my home. It is facing south with nice views and many windows. It is on a dead-end road with fields and forest all around and space to garden. Studio has a small outdoor patio under the deck, a living room, Kitchen/dinning area, a bedroom and bathroom with shower. The photos were taken with my belongings.
I'm looking for a "excellent neighbor and renter"
6 months minimum commitment with deposit. References might be requested after a conversation. All the utilities are included (propane, electricity, WIFI). You could use my washer but I don't have a dryer. The driveway is plowed with your dedicated parking spot.
I have a large friendly dog named Belle who is roaming freely around. So another dog is a maybe are a cat is fine.
We start with a phone conversation and then the site visit.
