This antique suitcase is in very good condition and structurally sound despite its age. The dark brown metal, original flip latches and hinges work with ease. The tweed covering on the outside shows scuffs and scrapes from years of use and adds to the character of the piece. The leather handle is functional and the distressed leather shows beautiful shades of brown. The interior is clean with no stains and has a brown satin material with elastic privacy pockets on the top lid and bottom back side. The bottom has 4 built-in metal protrusion buttons to safely set it on the ground without impairing the tweed exterior.
