Its CrossRamp technology easily changes the angle of the incline from 13 to 30 degrees across 14 levels to target different muscles like glutes and quads. There are 20 distinct electronic resistance levels to adjust how much strength you want to use for the exercise. You can also perform the leg motion backwards to work your lower body in various ways.
The LED display provides: calories burned, CrossRamp level, resistance level, strides, strides per minute, and time. There are 9 different exercise programs to choose from, or create your own.
It features a rear-drive flywheel system enclosed in the rounded black back. This model has stationary handlebars so you can grab in a wide range any where on the rails that feels comfortable for you, or use hand weights and pump arms, perform bicep curls, flies, overhead presses, or tricep extensions while your lower body is working out on the machine.
