We are a busy, established flooring company looking for reliable Carpet & Flooring Installers and Install Helpers to join our team. We have steady, year-round work for the right people who take pride in their craft and show up ready to work.
Positions Available:
Experienced in carpet, LVP, laminate, hardwood. Must be able to manage job sites and deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Installer Helper: flooring and construction experience who is eager to learn, hard-working, and dependable.
Job Requirements:
Experience in residential or commercial flooring installation.
Must have your own reliable transportation to jobsites/shop.
Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, knee, and carry heavy materials daily.
Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude.
Respectful to customers and clean on the job site.
