What we’re looking for:
- 5–10 years of kitchen experience (fine dining/high-volume leadership preferred).
- Mastery of the sauté, grill, and expo stations.
- Passion for high standards, consistent quality, and creative weekly features.
- Reliable independent transportation (must have a vehicle).
