I took her to Costco (four miles) and church (12 miles). I've never had so many people speak to me, give me "Thumbs UP", and shower me with compliments on my 'Ride'!! If you don't want to be noticed...don't buy this.
I have a smaller scooter and I'm a big guy @ 6'4" / 250# and this has a rating for 350#.
This is a speedster. Although it says it will go 15 mph, it will go at least 18 or20 mph. I had a bicyclist trying to catch me when my hat blew off and it took them about 4 blocks. They asked..."How fast does that thing go??
At my age of 82 I've developed bad Neuropathy and I honestly am finding it nearly impossible to even get on the scooter, much less ride it! It's bigger, and taller, than most!
I bought it from Canadian winter visitors that only used it six months a year in their Mesa retirement community but they were moving back and this is not meant to ride in snow and ice!
If you already have a small scooter, and you ride this one, you'll ask yourself how did I get around without this one?
The tires were worn when I bought it and at the time, I expected to keep it a long time so I put brand new tires (Nearly $ 400) on it and valve stems. I also had it 'aligned'! The tires have been driven about 5 miles.

FYI...I have not driven this for eight months as I'm in a nursing facility and probably cannot ride it again. As a result, it needs new batteries which will set you back around $ 150. I had this advertised at $ 895 until I discovered the batteries were likely in need of replacement. You might be able to get them re-charged but just in case I lowered it to $ 695 OBO to allow for any other issues but I don't think you'll have any. OTHERWISE...IT IS PRISTEEN!! The JAPANESE are not known for making junk!
