Boulder Canyon Apparel is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team!
With over 20 years in business, we are an established apparel company seeking a dependable professional who takes
pride in their work, enjoys staying organized, and appreciates a variety of responsibilities.
If you are highly skilled in QuickBooks, comfortable working independently, and enjoy being part of a small business
environment, we would love to hear from you!
What We Are Looking For:
• Advanced QuickBooks experience is a must
• Experience processing payroll through QuickBooks
• Ability to prepare and file monthly sales tax reports
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Sales order processing and accurate data entry
• Answering phones and assisting customers as needed
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude, dependability, and strong communication skills Compensation & Schedule
• Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
• Hours: 25-40 hours per week, depending on the candidate
• Work Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with flexibility in weekly hours
• Location: Glendale, Arizona (on-site)
