Hi! I'm looking to lease a small piece of land in the Hanover or Goochland County area (near Wyndham/Glen Allen) to keep a small flock of backyard laying hens and maybe ducks.
What I'm looking for:
About 1/4 acre, or even just a fenced corner of your property
Room for a mobile/small chicken coop and run (no roosters, hens only)
Access to water would be great
Prefer within ~15 minutes of the Wyndham area
About me: Quiet, responsible neighbor. I'll keep the coop clean and tidy, handle all chicken care and feeding, and am happy to share fresh eggs! Willing to sign a simple lease and carry liability coverage if needed.
Rent: Open to discussion — happy to pay a fair monthly rate depending on size and amenities (water/electric).
If you have unused land or know someone who does, please reach out. Thanks!
