Immediate Hiring: Part-Time and Full-Time PCA, HHA, and CNA Caregivers — $17 Per Hour
Location: Glen Allen, VA 23059
Shifts Available: Part-Time and Full-Time
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Anticipated Start Date: November 10, 2026
Colonial Quality Home Care, Inc. is seeking dependable, reliable, and compassionate caregivers to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. Applicants should demonstrate professionalism, consistent attendance, and a commitment to quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
- Assist with mobility and medication reminders according to the care plan.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate professionally with clients and agency staff.
Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to Glen Allen.
- Must provide availability for part-time or full-time assignments.
- Must demonstrate punctuality, dependable attendance, and strong communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working with multiple clients.
- Must have smartphone access for scheduling and electronic visit verification.
- Must be available and prepared to participate in a virtual interview.
PCA Training Available
PCA, HHA, or CNA credentials are preferred. A 40-hour PCA training program is available for eligible applicants. Prior certification is not required to apply.
