We are looking for additional reliable part-time maintenance team members to help maintain our residential rental properties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants flexible hours, and has dependable transportation.
What You’ll Do:
Walk properties and identify maintenance issues
Perform basic repairs (patching, painting, minor plumbing, light electrical, etc.)
Pick up trash and help keep properties clean
Assist with lawn care and snow removal when needed
Take photos and provide updates on property conditions
Help coordinate access for contractors and vendors
Assist with tenant move-ins, inspections, and general property upkeep
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Dependable transportation (required)
✔ Basic maintenance or handyman experience
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
✔ Reliable and responsive
