Might be interested in painting quote too for columns windows and ceiling and facea, but we can always do that with our boom truck back columns have to be hand painted hand painted. We have sprayer, exterior white paint boom truck and have it freshly pressure washed.

Biggest concern carpenter to patch the facea. we took boom all the way around and wood is solid only the one hole. We replaced roof a few years back and stopped more damage as that was low spot. You can use boom to access easily as well. And if you do painting we woudl take that quote as well. We have tape and paper to cover. Would like some help just to speed up the process and I do not enjoy being up high...
