You won’t find a more functional or bigger 16 foot enclosed trailer on the market anywhere. Nationwide. This was factory built with dual 7000 pound torsion bar axles. 14,000 pound GVWR. Since it weighs 2900 pounds empty you have a true payload of 11,100 pounds. This size of axles is extremely rare on ANY enclosed shorter than 28 feet.

And the HEIGHT. The extra interior height is staggeringly high. Close to 9 feet high inside from the floor. A full 8 feet height clearance at the rear ramp door. Oversized jeep or rock crawler could potentially fit in here. One of the tallest 16 footers you would ever see on the road.

The only time I see a set up like this is behind a touring bands diesel pusher. If you are fighting to stay under 65 feet long and need the largest widest tallest trailer with the most payload under 20 feet 5 inches long, look no further. This has more payload and cubic feet of storage than ANY 16 footer you could find at a dealership they are just NOT sitting on the lot. This would be a custom build that would cost you over 24,000 new and take 3-4 months to acquire.

Any interstate dealer in the country will not have a 14k rated trailer on the lot of any size. Also won’t find this height clearance on any interstate trailer on the lot of any size. Even the 24 foot super coach models won’t have a 9 foot interior height. Even an extra tall model at the dealer only ever gets you 6 feet 9 inches clearance at the rear door. Never 8 feet like this one.

The Interstate pro series model is the best. A lot of enclosed trailers out there with the cheapest price tags are exactly that. CHEAP. Weakest axles, weakest materials, smallest payload, worst head clearance, and corner cutting everywhere to save money. That is not the case here. If you are looking for the best 16 footer on the market with more functionality, more payload, and more head clearance than any other trailer in the state or country, look no further. This is the flagship model.
