Super cool Arizona made Titus FTM (Full Tilt Moto) mountain bike. This is my wifes bike. Size is medium... she is 5'0 and it fits her well.

Titus was a local Az boutique brand bike. Very well made and well respected in its day. This one is a time capsule - but a solid build and very fun to ride.
