WE’RE LOOKING FOR A BUILDER.
Window Rehab is a growing residential window and door replacement company based in Chandler, Arizona.
We’re looking for one motivated, experienced individual to help build a field event marketing team and a canvassing team from ground up alongside the owner. We are looking to build a team that does canvassing and Outside / Insider Field Event pop ups at different events and venues including home shows and other outings and venues.
This isn’t a position where you’ll walk into an established team and simply manage a schedule.
You’ll have the opportunity to help create the team, develop the training, establish the culture, recruit new canvassers and field marketers, participate in the shows and eventually take ownership of the department’s day-to-day operations.
You will spend the first couple weeks preparing and building out what’s to come.
The goal is to build a successful, productive canvassing team that can grow into a full department.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Work directly alongside the owner to launch the canvassing department.
* Train to knock and generate qualified appointments for residential window and door replacement.
* Leading Homeshow and other events.
* Help develop scripts, objection handling, and field strategies.
* Identify and develop productive canvassing territories.
* Help recruit, interview, and train new canvassers.
* Lead daily field meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
* Track appointments, production, and individual performance.
* Build a positive, competitive, accountable team culture.
* Grow into managing the department’s daily operations.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who:
* Highly Motivated and Takes Pride In what They Do.
* Has door-to-door canvassing or direct sales experience.
* Has Home show and other Field Event Marketing Experience.
* Has leadership experience or the ambition and ability to become a leader.
* Isn’t afraid to lead by example.
* Understands that building a team takes consistency, patience, and hard work.
* Can motivate, coach, and hold people accountable.
* Is organized, dependable, and communicates well.
* Wants a long-term opportunity instead of just another temporary sales job.
* Takes pride in building something successful.
Previous experience in windows, roofing, solar, pest control, or home improvement canvassing is a plus.
